Sexual Health

We have limited telephone consultations for urgent patients only. This includes the following. 

  • Under 18s 
  • Sexual Assault
  • Discharge
  • Testicle pain
  • Abdominal pain
  • Painful sores/cuts  

If you are unsure if your problem is urgent please call us. 

Our opening times are now 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. 10:30 - 17:00 on Wednesday. 

Please call 0208 401 3766 if you have an urgent need to speak to a clinician regarding Sexual Health. If you would like to have a video consultation please let reception know. 

There is absolutely no walk in service at present. Please only attend clinic if you have been advised to by our staff. 


We hope to reopen implant and IUD clinics in the future.

For the moment, we are running a contraceptive pills service by telephone. We can send pills in the post to you.

Please note that the priority for our testing lab is COVID-19 tests. It may take up to 3 weeks for STI test results. Please DO NOT call us if you are waiting for a STI screening result. We will contact you when the results are ready. 

STI Self test kits

Please note that there is a minimum of a 3 week turnaround from ordering a self test kit to getting the result. Please do not order a duplicate test kit because you haven't received a result as our supplies are very limited. 

HIV Clinics

The HIV clinic is telephone and essential blood appointments only. DO NOT attend clinic unless you have been advised to by a clinician. 

If you have any questions regarding HIV and Covid - Most questions can be answered here. Please check before you call.

Only patients with low CD4 count need to self-isolate. Your doctor will be aware and will contact you if you need to self-isolate.

You can use the kit to take your own samples at home and send them back to us for free. We’ll test your samples and let you know the results by phone or text message for free.
